Use to be great to deal with, I think they have lost some help which has hurt their response time. Like other reviews state recently has been hard to get them to call you back when you have an issue. Not as pleased as I was when I started using them.

I’m still trying to figure how this place is in business. Customer service is nonexistent, no return calls, and 3 weeks later and haven’t seen a service technician. Only thing I have been told is yep you’re on the list we are working our way to ya. It’s been over a week since I was told only 4 ahead of me. I hope Tim treats his employees better than his customers.

Called twice in one week and left messages needing my unit moved. The same unit I purchased from them four years prior. I never received a call back.We ended up calling a different person and they showed up the next day. Why have a business if you won't return calls.
