Called Air Solutions out to fix a heat and air problem on tues came out early on thursday temps in the 20's got serviced fast ,Nathan Schafer fixed a wiring issue in 30mins he is very good at what he does,he is fast ,stays til the issue is fixed and good at communicating what the issue is, if I have anymore issues knock on wood I don't, I'll be calling him. Very good company I don't trust another company and that's the truth.

Had our generator installed early this summer, they did a good job keeping the site clean and putting everything back the way it was when they started. Had an oil leak show up this week, I called, and the tech was here the next morning to fix it. I was told he would be here between 8 and 10. Terry was here at 8:05. He found the problem, made a temporary fix, and ordered the parts for a permanent fix. So far, the service has been excellent.

Nathan Schafer was our service tech today. Not only was Nathan courteous and respectful but he was prompt and arrived at our house before he expected arrival time. He did a fantastic job for us and never once complained about getting under our house in our crawl space which had to be dirty nightmare. Nathan was a very personable young man and we talked quite a bit while he was working. Whatever you guys are paying him, its not enough, he represents your company extremely well. Thank you Nathan.
