From the start with Frank and his design to the install with Malcom, Tim, and Lance. What a great team. Very professional and I just love my new Daikin high-efficient heat pump system. The Daikin Touch WiFi stat is so easy to use and we’re going to see lower electric bills for now on!
Scotty did great with the maintenance of our system. He was very nice and friendly. He was able to find a leak in the coils which he indicated it was a manufacturer issue. He did good diagnosing the issue and indicated he hoped they had one in St. Louis to try and get the new one installed by this weekend.
