He knew exactly what was wrong with our furnace and came out to fix it same day. Kind, responsive, and fair price for the service. I would recommend Jackson HVAC to anybody in KC area.
If anyone needs any AC or Heat maintenance or repair work done, please check out Jackson Heating and Cooling. Jon Jackson is awesome! and super reasonable in price, he'll work with you if needed. My AC needed a major repair done (there was a leak and needed frehon), Jon was able to give me a really reasonable repair price, and all though he was fully booked for a week out, and the weather was hitting over 90f both inside my home and outside, he loaned me a portable AC unit until he was able to get to repair my homes AC unit.
The best and most honest company to deal with. Everything was explained clearly to me and all my questions answered. Communication is important and they responded to every email, text, and phone call. On time for every appointment and checked back with me to make sure everything is working a expected after completing the installation.
