Called their number and a person, not a machine picked up ,and scheduled a visit for a quote. Sales came out the day I called them to get a quote. JW was the sales person and point of contact. He was prompt and got me a quote within a day. Explained the quote and was on site when insurance adjuster reviewed the claim. JW was very helpful and patient seeing as the insurance adjuster rescheduled the review twice. Once adjuster confirmed the claim we were put onto a schedule for the full roof repair. When calling Royal Roofing we were assigned to Braden to come out for our roof inspection. Braden arrived on time for the appointment. He did the roof inspection and sit down patiently very patiently with us as we asked many questions. We decided on Royal roofing because of Braden’s professionalism and a reasonable price. The roofers arrived early and worked very diligently all day. They were done between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM. The roofers did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Everything looked great from the roof to the cleanup. Would we recommend to friends or family, absolutely! ?
