The service Is unlike any other denist I've been to. Everyone is so pleasant, puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. I'm happy with every procedure I've had done so far in the past 3 months. Even with an extraction, I never felt a thing. Magic hands!
The reason for my 5 stars is because I am one that has always had a fear of going to the dentist. Main reason is because I can't stand having their fingers and the tool's inside my mouth. Well anyway my husband got my into Pleasant Hill Dental Care on an emergency visit because I had a broken tooth that was causing severe pain, we go in and the plan was to save it with a root canal, I am absolutely terrified 😨. 2 month's later (the day after my tooth breaks off another chunk) we get a call to come in the next day. We get in and find out that no we have to pull it because it's not worth saving. My anxiety went through the roof, I'm ALWAYS put to sleep and this is something they don't do. This office and the dentist was ABSOLUTELY amazing with making sure I was comfortable and understood everything before he would even start. I never felt the numbing injections being injected into my gum or him working my loosing the tooth or pulling it out. They are definitely by far one of the best dentists office I have ever been too. I will recommend this office to everyone!!!
