Hello, I wanted to send a 5 star review for AC Doc Heating and Cooling! Our AC started having issues over the weekend. Patty scheduled an appointment first thing Monday Morning! Weston and Austin arrived right on time! They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part stocked on their truck! They made a very stressful situation, as easy as possible! Weston and Austin were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I would definitely request their company for future service! Thank you!

I called in and Penny (I hope that’s correct) she was so nice. She got us on the schedule for the same day. We have a warranty program and they messed up and didn’t send to anyone immediately. We sat for 24 hours with no air. Shout out to Weston he was awesome! It was 92 in the houses when he got here. He was here for 20 minutes and now 2 hours later 76 degrees. Amazing company!
