My only complaint is no one hardly ever answers the phone. The stylists are completely busy making it difficult to stop working on a customer to answer the phone. Corporate or Regional needs to stop being lazy and hire a receptionist. The shop is probably losing money and customers because of this problem.Vanessa is the best stylist!

Just want to give a shout out to Vanessa. She has cut my hair 3 or 4 times now and I’m really pleased. She’s such a nice girl and does a lovely job…and I have to add Vanessa…my husband liked my short hair.haha!!!Service: Haircut
