“AC went out Thursday evening before 4th of July weekend. We were having family stay with us for the next 3 days starting Friday afternoon. Since Friday was a holiday, the office was closed so I called the emergency number at 7:30AM. I left message and 5 minutes later Trent called. I told him the problem with the AC and he said he'd get ready and be over shortly. 45 minutes later he was over and AC was fixed by 9.
Trent's freindly and helpful demeanor put me at ease as soon as he pulled up. I called him an hour later and asked a few questions about concern I was having and he patiently answered the questions. He said to call him again if I had any more concerns. He even called me later that day to make sure the AC was working properly.
Amazingly positive experience.
