They received my paperwork at the end of May but did not contact me. I called them a few days later. They informed me that it takes 5 days for the insurance to approve it. i waited 3 weeks and called them again, they had to get a hold of the person handling my case and have them return my call. She called later that afternoon and said she would call the following week. The following week after my wife spoke to them. I ended up calling the doctor and had my records transferred to another place. The doctor told me this is not the first time they moved an order from them to someone else.
