“Kent answered my phone on a monday morning and luckily had a crew at a house 2 streets away from me. I needed to get 4 large tree limbs off of my roof to make my house more appealing in middle of our listing the house for sale. He was able to run to my house, bid the job over the phone at a very fair price, and then grabe the crew from other house to do my house within 30 minutes (thats likely not an expectation i'd keep for anyone) but fact he was willing to do that was insanely helpful for same MORNING service. They were done by noon. And I sent the pictures to some potential buyers who I knew had concerns about the trees... our house was under contract that night. was it entirely due to the trees NOPE ... but they definitely had a huge role in getting us some offers.
