When Park Hills Chevrolet was Turners I could never get a deal done when buying. Decided to try again with the new owners and wow what a difference. Went in without our trade due to being in another shop for repair and was able to get an estimate of a trade in by only pictures we had. We had our own financing already and knew where numbers needed to be. Jeff and Don went to work and made it happen. Jeff and Don were amazing to work with and patient with us for us getting our trade out of the shop. We bought a 2020 Nissan Altima and it was everything we were looking for. Thanks again guys for the amazing service you guys gave to us.

Stopped in today to get my fathers equinox serviced. Pop had been hoping to speak with the sales rep about a 2023 to replace his 2021. Also had my son with me, who is interested in his first sports car. I’ve also been a little interested in replacing my Silverado with a new one as well. Service team was amazing! Cashier friendly and smiling! Sales people apparently have all been laid off, no one ever came to help us on the sales floor. At all! There appear to be a sales manager or two in their office, but they couldn’t be bothered to assist. Seriously! Very disappointing… Guess I’ll go see the frog over at AutoCenters or down to Auffenberg Chevrolet for our next transaction. Dad‘s a little saddened by this, as he’s bought about 40 to 50 vehicles from this location over the years, but I guess all good things left with Joe Turner.!.
