Ben gave me almost an hour of his time over the phone to help me diagnose my broken pool heater, when other pool places wouldn't even answer the phone. With Ben's expertise I was able to get my heater fixed just in time to open the pool for my kid's birthday party. Thanks Ben for saving the day! I recently had work done to our hot tub and Ben was great! He is extremely knowledgeable and he cares a lot. I also had an issue with some equipment that he helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Thanks Ben for all your help!
