We had a very very bad experience with another pool company close to our home and SO SO happy we came to Lu's Pool & Spa because they came to our home and fixed all the problems we had. They are very good and what they do and if you don't understand something they take the time and explain it to you. Ben gave me almost an hour of his time over the phone to help me diagnose my broken pool heater, when other pool places wouldn't even answer the phone. With Ben's expertise I was able to get my heater fixed just in time to open the pool for my kid's birthday party. Thanks Ben for saving the day!
