Lu’s Pool & Spa! What can I say? These are some of the nicest and knowledgeable people that I’ve ever worked with after owning a pool for nearly 20 years. Highly recommend!!! If you live anywhere near the area, it is worth the drive just to experience their customer service.

Ben gave me almost an hour of his time over the phone to help me diagnose my broken pool heater, when other pool places wouldn't even answer the phone. With Ben's expertise I was able to get my heater fixed just in time to open the pool for my kid's birthday party. Thanks Ben for saving the day! I'll always use Lu's Pool and Spa for any of my pool needs!

I recently had work done to our hot tub and Ben was great! He is extremely knowledgeable and he cares a lot. I also had an issue with some equipment that he helped me trouble shoot over the phone. Thanks Ben for all your help!
