Very skilled and knowledgeable therapists, however be mindful of what you're asking for with the deep tissue massage if you've never had it before, as it could leave you feeling like you've been beaten up.

Unbelievable. I use to get once a month massage I'm on my feet 10 to 14 hour days. Then I found out what MLD are. I retain water. So I started doing MLDs. Miracle technic. It's not like a regular massage where you walk out and go awww. It's for circulation, to get rid of water retention. You walk out and go ok then a couple days later( at least for me) flood gates open. I saved up to do 4 in one week and lost 18 lbs of toxic mucus, water etc. It does show on the outside right away but you feel like your body is breathing again, lighter, not as stiff. Pennie was my massage therapist and my friend Shawn had Kerri. We both walked out after our massages and said "best massage ever". I would highly recommend Elite! It was also very clean and the staff were super friendly.
