I had called toward the end of their day, and they were able to come and help right away the following morning. He was very polite and was able to get my lightswitch fixed. I was sent a picture and name of who would be coming so I knew who to expect. This was my first time having to deal with an electrician/electric company, and they did not make it a stressful experience.
