My NP R Ziehr is great! She listens did everything she can to help my situation, also my nurse I think is Tonya was great! She’s adorable! The ultrasound for the weekend from KC (i didn’t get her name but) she’s great too! All so nice & kind there! Very clean so great plus!
Took my wheelchair bound brother. Got in fast, he had an IV, staff was pretty patient and caring. We have lots of experience with the sunshine ER and spend hours there. This was so much better
We had an extremely positive experience at this ER. Receptionists were not particularly helpful but the reception area was clean, seating well-spaced and comfortable, and we were called back within 10 minutes. Dr. Gilbert, male nurse (sorry, did not catch name), and the radiology team were EXCEPTIONALLY patient and kind, explaining all of the ramifications of the situation, tests needed, results of those tests, treatments, and what was needed for continued treatment and healing after discharge. Even the hospital pharmacist made a follow-up call, explaining how a prescription could be filled. Actually, in retrospect, Dr. Gilbert was an angelic physician. He was extremely...read full review
