I've been to this clinic four times now, my son (11months) and I see J. James and she's amazing. So kind, and it really feels like she truly cares. She listens, and has actually taken me seriously and ran tests that I asked for. Then when they come back with the results I suspected, she had no problem referring me to the specialists I needed. Then today (10/6/25) I was just in the walk-in clinic with my daughter. They got us in and out fairly quickly, and the staff was professional and courteous. Ozark Mercy is one of the nicest Mercy offices in the surrounding areas of Springfield. I can always get a timely appt. Dr. Little has been in Ozark for 30 years and oversees a very professional staff. I appreciate their kindness and attention to my concerns.
