Mr. Hicks got out here very quickly and was very professional! They do amazing work and have great pricing. We had our condenser get hit by lightening carried through the ground and fried some of the internal components. He went out of his way to come out to our place, which is about a hour trip one way, on a Sunday because we had 2 dogs. One elderly one and one with bone cancer and they couldn't be in the heat long at all. Great guy and great business! Keep up the good work Mr. Hicks!Service: A/C system repair

There we were a Saturday before a get together that night and without air conditioning. Called Hick's up and Russell was at the lake with his kids but he walked me through checking the system and was able to get the air running after finding a blown fuse. He simply could have not answered but took the time to help me out.Service: A/C system maintenance
