Made the mistake of thinking to help a customer in line was the job of the check-out employee. Employee and a declared "manager" were having some kind of tense discussion with a long line waiting. When I asked to be taken care of (had a contractor waiting on an hourly rate), I was called "rude" and when I asked to talk to a General Manager, was told, there was none and "you can't tell us how to do our jobs." Pardon me, I thought checking out customers was the job. I'll go to Menards or Lowe's. Peace.

Neighborhood store. Huge , great workout regimen, put your walking shoes on and do your miles here. Plentiful parking, inventory available, clean clutter free environment. Staff understand there job and can actually assist you if you need help finding items. Reasonably priced.

I purchased a new Traeger Pro 575 grill on Saturday 4/15. Part of that the purchase was the offer of free assembly, and that the new grill would be available by Wednesday 4/19.I arrived to pick up my "new" grill, and instead they presented what was clearly an open box item. This store attempted to bait and switch my new grill with an open box item that was stored out side. How many other people have missed this switch and received "open box" in lieu of newly assembled?
