My toilet was not emptying the slowly. So I called Bob Raeker Plumbing They sent 2 guys out and sat on toilet and tiented bolts under tank when going to give me a bill I told them they did not even look at what the problem was. He then flushed the toilet and it flooded the bathroom. They asked me for towels. One of the guys started to use their snake and worked it up and down for ever then asked if I had a plunger, yes right there. Tried that and still had the problem. He then went back to using the snake and was working so hard he had sweet dripping off of him then the other guy took over and kept working the snake. Then said I would have to get a person ut to camera it. Went to give me a bill and said I would talk to Bob. I looked at the toilet after they left and all the glaze was removed off the bottom of the toilet, it now looks like there always is p*** in the bottom. They said they would replace it. Have called them never called back, have texted them never responded back. This was in March have not heard from them yet still waiting. Would NOT recommend them. I understand they bought out the original Raeker plumbing company that had been there for many years, this company is NOT a good company to hire. VERY VERY unsatisfied.
They installed a bathroom faucet that they didn’t tighten up when they were done. After they left I had water everywhere in my new bathroom vanity. Also had them come to install a new drain and my bathtub. I was told it was going to be a costly job that required holes in my floor or walls. My husband had no problem removing old drain and installing new drain. I called and was told I would be issued a refund and still haven’t received it after 3 calls. It’s been over 2 weeks since I was told the check would go into the mail the next day.Services: Faucet installation
Our business used Bob Raeker Plumbing to test our backflow system in July. They have not followed through with the County and it is now February. When we approached them about this issue they were non responsive and irate on the phone. The County has called them and they responded that they did not do the task. We have the back up (invoice, cashed check). This is not acceptable.
