- Initial Consult: Dr. Bailey spent a significant amount of time with me and listened to what I wanted. Through our conversation, I realized there were better options than what I initially thought I would want. He made recommendations based off his expertise without undermining my requests. Luckily I went with his recommendations and that’s part of why my outcome was so positive.
- Procedure: This was done at his private surgery center. This is the only time I’ve had a procedure that didn’t make me extremely nauseous post surgery. The private center creates a much better experience than a hospital and the anesthetist listened to my previous experience and ensured I didn’t feel sick due to the anesthesia.
Post Op and Follow Up: My follow up appointments were spaced out well and his office continued to be engaged and responsive to my questions. I had some concerns and nerves around how things were healing, even though it was all exactly what would be expected. Dr. Bailey listened to me, walked through “what-ifs” and reassured me throughout the process. Of course everything turned out perfect but I am really grateful I wasn’t made to feel silly or ridiculous for my concerns.
