We had a great experience with Honest Abe’s! Our service tech, Cooper, was excellent—very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, with a great attitude throughout the entire process. He first came out for the diagnostic visit, quickly identified the issue, and explained everything clearly. After the necessary parts were ordered, he returned to complete the repair, and everything went smoothly. Our AC is working perfectly now. Highly recommend Honest Abe’s and especially Cooper

Honest Abe's plumber Chris was excellent! The company could use instructions on how to properly invoice, and supply the customer with a copy of that without having to call 3 times to beg for it. They use units of time and they don't break the invoice down by job and they don't show you the rates they charge, in my opinion that doesn't seem honest. It appears they are hiding something from you. Again, their plumber Chris is outstanding! But, figure out what your paying and ask questions early about breakdown of charges. He connected all our sinks, toilets, water softener, RO and water heater in new construction!!!

He came within an hour an half! Looked it over took out his tools a was there about 40 minutes an had it running like a new one when he left!! So thank you so very much Justin with Honest Abe’s!!
