He found the problem Immediately, and after giving us options, went right to work with the option we chose. Mike Orrell was very quick to arrive and explain how the appointment would go. He was very happy to provide information on service plans to help save money in the future and took the time to draw up multiple estimates for my repair job to give me choices on how to proceed. He explained what each estimate included and what the time frame would be. He even helped set me up with an appointment for a different repair job later next week. While he was at my home he saw a water leak that he pointed out to me...thank the Lord! It was from an appliance I had just had installed...he saved my wood floors!
