Staff was very kind, professional, and efficient. Just one thing with the doctor he asked me if I was taking my makeup off at night and I said yes and his response was”are you sure?”so I felt like he could’ve said well perhaps you could do a better job or something different rather than almost accusing me of saying that no I don’t wipe my makeup off at night. I expressed that yes I do because I don’t want that mess on my pillowcase. That was the only thing that I did not appreciate. I felt he was very good at what he does and no complaints other than the one thing.
I was greeted with the ease and positivity from all the staff. The doctor was very informative and knew exactly what I was dealing with. Very informative and was pleased I chose this place for my dermatology needs.
My first visit with Dr. DeSpain. He was highly recommended and today’s visit met my expectations. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I will be returning to Dr. DeSpain for my future dermatology concerns.
