Controlled Heating and Cooling responded the same day I called for a cooling repair in August 2025. Their technician was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he discovered to be problematic during his assessment. He answered all of my questions with patience and spoke to my spouse over the phone to address his concerns as well. . He was very professional and transparent regarding costs upfront. Reggie went above and beyond (on a late Fri afternoon) helping us creatively troubleshoot a challenging problem on the fly to keep us cool in 95 degree temperatures until we can get parts in later next week.
