From the moment you step into the Loft at Selah you feel welcome, included, safe and understood. I searched for and found Selah yoga when my autoimmune issues started. Mama Rish has helped with both my physical and emotional well being. She has a heart for healing, listening, gently guiding and just loving those who need it. If you are at all nervous about starting a new place and worry about feeling judged, you can absolutely come here for thoughtful practice and just might end up leaving with new friends!

I’m just starting out at Selah Yoga and absolutely love it! Risha cares about everyone’s experience, incorporating a compassionate and healing approach to her teaching practice. She also weaves in a contemplative practice into each session. Small details and touches make each session stand out from other yoga studios. I’m personally a fan of slow, intentional movements and focusing on working through emotional, physical, and spiritual obstacles. If that resonates with you, you’ll love it here!
