I had a hemorrhage with my nose and had to go by ambulance to Progress West Hospital emergency room. My nose was packed and I went up to third floor . I had to wait for an ENT doctor. I was released after 3 days and went home where I had to wait 3 days for Dr Cristel to examine and remove packing and treat the nose. He is a wonderful doctor and from what I understand a new face in the area. I took his card to my Provider and ask him to refer the new doctor to any of his patients who needed ENT doctor I wish him well as I understand the area is need of his services. I am grateful and appreciative of him as a person and for his knowledge as an ENT doctor.

Dr. Cristel and his staff were professional, caring, cheerful and really listened to what my issues were. I felt really heard. Dr. Cristel explained what he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend.
