Our water heater went out. Rippelmeyer did their best to get the maker to honor the warranty. He then worked until almost 9pm on a Friday night to make sure we had hot water. Amazing customer service. Thank you!
John showed up on his own time on his way home fixed the water heater and less than two days later brand new one was installed. Needless to say excellent customer service! High Quality and efficient! More people like John and the world would be a better place
My water heater went out, right before Thanksgiving. John was able to come over and repair the issues we were having. I seriously can't stress how pleased I am with their attentive service. They truly cared. I'll recommend them to anyone.
