I hired Zac for both our 1-month and 11-month warranty walkthrough inspections, and I can’t recommend him enough. His attention to even the smallest details has probably saved us tens of thousands of dollars in potential repairs to roofing, HVAC, drywall, and more - and I don’t think that’s an exaggeration. Because of his careful inspections, we were able to address problems early before they became major (and expensive) headaches.
If you’re buying a new home or going through warranty inspections, do yourself a favor and hire Zac. The peace of mind he provides is worth every penny.
