Dr. Dempewolf is a great listener who truly takes the time to understand your concerns. She patiently listened to everything I had to say and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Not only did she answer all my questions clearly and thoroughly, but she also offered helpful advice and made sure I understood every part of my treatment plan. Her caring and attentive approach made my experience both reassuring and informative.

Had a very awkward experience starting out which led to becoming a very distrusting one after completing 1mo of PT. My last 2 appointments were canceled without notification & when I called to speak to someone about it. It was almost like I was erased from their systems completely. Although, MyMercy stated otherwise! It’s one thing to have a patient verbally express their option to complete PT & it’s a whole other thing when you’re being cancelled without any warning or prior discussion about those changes. This is not a reflection of the clinicians at this location nor the clinic as a whole; rather, one individual in particular. Chris (nurse) is extremely passive aggressive and unempathetic. A little compassion goes a long way, and she would rather belittle you and make you feel incompetent instead of helping. Sometimes it feels as though those in healthcare would rather purposefully complicate situations for a patient in order to feed their ego, instead of simply helping them to the best of their ability.
