I had an appointment for a deep cleaning this morning and I was dreading it due to a bad experience in the past at another office. Carrie was my hygienist and she was absolutely awesome. She expertly numbed me up and assured me I could ask for more numbing at any time if I started to feel uncomfortable (which was not necessary). She was very gentle but thorough and I appreciate that she didn’t make me feel like the big baby I was probably being.

My appt went well with Jaime being the assist! Had a cap that came off after 7 years! Dr. Poettker was able to use it after area prepped and cap cleaned, etc! So happy it all went well and didn’t have to have new cap! Thanks to Dr. and her great staff!!

It's literally the first time I left a dentist appointment with a smile ? on my face and that was because the young lady, I believe her name was Alissa, was so kind, gentle and eager to do a good job, that she made my dental appointment, a very pleasant experience and I would happily see Alissa again! It was only a cleaning, but it really made my name seem a lot brighter after I left my appointment! Thank you Alissa for making my day!!
