This was my second visit and I am super happy with my haircut! Kayla understood what I was after and checked with me on length before she made a cut, the head massage was also excellent! I really appreciate that I can relax and not work to carry on a conversation, chatting is relaxed and not forced. Also appreciate that Kayla doesn’t go crazy on product because my hair just doesn’t tolerate much without looking stringy and weighed down, I didn’t have to mention that, she just knew.
