Honestly, we were about to go with another company, mainly because of the longer parts and labor warranty. But something just didn’t feel right, especially with their absolutely outlandish loan package.
We went back to Markus, who had provided us a quote a bit earlier, asked a few more questions, and then applied for a loan from the same lender as the first vendor. The terms came back dramatically better and far more reasonable.
Today, the three installers showed up on time and completed the installation with real professionalism, including walking us through all the instructions for operating and maintaining the units.
