I recently had a head spa experience with Kim at Hair Haven, and it exceeded my expectations.

From the moment I walked into the room, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was calm, and the aroma immediately elevated the experience to another sensory level. One of my favorite parts was the pre- and post-scalp analysis—it was incredibly eye-opening. I learned a lot about my scalp health and could already see a difference after just one session.

I love the attention to detail Kim provides with each visit. She is very diligent in making sure she understands what I am wanting to have done each and every visit. I am always confident knowing I am in good hands with her years of experience and her ability to do a great job with those magic hands.

Just got my hair colored by Kym at Hair Haven in O'Fallon. She did a great job. Love the color. I have had my hair cut another day and love it also. I really give this place 10 stars.
