I was given a gift card to Cloud 9. The receptionist made my appointment with Kendra. When I arrived, the atmosphere of the waiting room was very clean, smelled good and the receptionist was very nice. Upon meeting Kendra, she asked if I had any areas that were bothering me. She addressed all of those areas during the massage. I was very happy with my service today. I will recommend cloud 9 to others and will be back!
Outstanding! I am already feeling so much more relaxed and ready to heal. The staff is fantastic, Kendra was very professional and knowledgeable, absolutely a positive experience! We are going to work a plan to get me back on track and I look forward to feeling myself again. Today's appointment put me in such a lovely physical and mental headspace.
