From the first call through installation, LLoyd gave me an honest diagnostic and multiple options. He quoted three paths. I had two other companies bid. I was not in a rush and did the homework. The others couldn’t compete and some left me shaking my head at their upsell tactics. Lloyd is upfront, tells it like it is. On the install day, Mike and Lloyd showed up early, did the walkthrough and absolutely rocked the install. TL;DR; For any future A/C needs, they are my first call. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this company is!!!!!My Mom was in the hospital so we drove up from Texas. We arrived at her house and found the air conditioner had died. The house was 88 degrees and we had to get a hotel room for the night. Brown’s heating and cooling was able to fit us into their schedule and replace the whole system.
