Disappointed at first, but resolved well. I went in to pick up my suit, which was scheduled to be ready the day before, only to find it had been misplaced and wasn’t available. And was told, I'll just have to try again tomorrow. Naturally, this was frustrating. However, the customer service team was extremely helpful, and they were ultimately able to locate the suit. I appreciate their effort in resolving the issue, but the delay was still disappointing.

I've been sending my dry cleaning to this cleaner for years and have always been pleased. The front desk staff could improve their customer service but that's not as important to me.

Attitude Sucks don't accept charge cards, did not starch my shirts like I told them. I've been in there several times and employees seem to be unfriendly and just there! Very competitive business's so they can not afford to have bad customer service skills!
