I have used this company for the last 10 years in my home. Before that I worked at a property management company and they were the company that we use for all AC and furnace issues. A week ago I had a new furnace and AC put in my home and they did an excellent job cleaned up everything and put it in a very timely manner. Not only that the owner of the company came out introduced me to all of his employees that would be putting my new units in and then when they were done the owner came back and walked me through the process of everything they had done and how my new next work and all the new changes. I will never use any other company but this company they are the best.

I am very impressed after my first day of business with Odessa H&C. Angie was a delightful first contact and set me up with a same day appointment. She called me back to let me know the guys were on their way. Russell was very knowledgeable, respectful, and he was patient enough to explain assessment and options honestly with a new customer who is void of basic H&C knowledge. My boiler problems had been ongoing and reoccurring for too long. Now, I have a long-term, one-time fix that I can afford. And the business has a new long-term customer. I will tell everyone I know in Lee's Summit about my great experience with Odessa Heating & Cooling.
