One of the few local owned HVAC shops that truly knows how to work on geothermal heat pumps. Tom and his team work hard to take care of everyone. If you go with geothermal, they can help you know the current rebate program, too.
We use them for commercial and residential services and installs and have for years. I never worry about getting ripped off by a sales guy. They do all services based on experience and wisdom not pushy at all. Can't believe anyone would rate them less than 5 stars after years of working with Odessa I'd give them 10 stars if I could. I highly recommend Odessa Heating & Cooling. My heat exchanger went out because of poor workmanship from a contractor after the Oak Grove tornado. Tom was very efficient in finding a replacement part and handling shipment from Atlanta right on time before the recent cold front came in. The workers Tom sent out were skilled and communicated well. Thanks guys we really appreciate you.
