This all got done so quickly. Most places that quoted us took 3-4 days just to get the quote back and it was going to be another 3 weeks before they came to actually redo our roof. These guys had the quote to us in a few hours, gave us samples to choose from, helped explain upgrading the shingles and offered to do all the paperwork with our insurance. Then we signed the quote on a Wednesday and they were out that Saturday and finished the whole thing. Hardly had anything to clean up after. They were so thorough. Couldn’t recommend them enough. They even came out the next week after a hard rain to check and make sure everything looked good

Our experience with Horizon was fantastic! I've gone through a roof replacement before so I already understood that things can change as you go. The people we worked with directly, Nicole and Frank. Nicole kept us up-to-date with communication, invoices, and payment arrangement while working with our insurance company. The crew that did the work came and did a great job and worked very quickly. There were some little things to take care of after and Frank made sure we were taken care of. Overall, great experience!
