I needed an antique vehicle towed about 40 miles. Art was so professional, efficient, and kind. Decades of experience and it showed! I'm saving this number in my phone because if I ever need a tow, this is who I want to show up because I know they will take care of things!!! Thanks again, Mark & Art!
The trucker was great, but his dispatcher was terrible. He forgot to put in the call, so I had to wait for almost 2 hours. They didn't even bother bumping me to the top of the callers or giving a discount for their mistake. On top of that they sent the wrong kind of tow truck. Serious improvements are needed on dispatch.
