“We had some roof damage on the 7/14 wind storm. I called 4 different companies and Fiddler calle dme back within 10 minutes, from the field. William came out the next day , assessed the situation, had a gentleman out to do a temporary patch within 4 hours (Sunday) and had the roof repaired the next day. Cannot say enough good things about their professionalism and responsiveness.”
“Four years ago Collins replaced our roof and informed us of terrible wood rot & mold. All this was repaired my husband signed off without noticing the gutters were not placed high enough or the flanging I wanted weren’t placed. Fast forward two months ago & a TV on an inside wall fried. Election noted water & mold in the outlet. Two employees from Collins came out but were unable to find the problem. A third call brought Benjamin who in 100 degree weather went over every inch of the roof & found all the issues. He went to his boss with the problems & was back out to start repairs immediately. Benjamin was caring & understanding of my anxiety over the issues. I can only say that Benjamin“s excellence with the repairs & professionalism is why I gave five stars. I asked Benjamin to let me know if he ever goes to another company to please let me know as I trust him fully & know he will only stay with a reliable company. So if he is still with Collins when we need a new roof, I will be calling Collins again.”
“Bill replaced our roof 21 years ago and just replaced that roof with the same quality service. We are impressed with the professionalism of the current crew and pleased with the results. Bill was great at communication and answering all questions. Highly recommend.”
