Dan was thorough in his inspection and very helpful. He was patient and answered all my questions, as well as explaining to the seller’s repair person the things that should be done to further protect the property. If you want to know if your structure has “good bones”, I highly recommend Norton & Schmidt!
Norton & Schmidt has been my go to for structural reviews for years. They have a great reputation within the real estate community. While they are not the least expensive, they are trustworthy. I have referred them to clients and also used them personally. Ed Hutson & Dan Thorman are excellent.
Excellent service provided by Samer at Norton & Schmidt. We needed structural engineer advice at out business in North Kansas City. We ask Samer to help us evaluate the damage on Friday afternoon and sure enough he was on site with in Hour. I am very happy with the service.
