KM Servicing 'Flooring Redefined' is used for most all flooring needs, offering top notch quality and great customer service. The owners are hard working, caring, and trusting, and from picking out flooring to the finished installation, it is an outstanding experience. Installers are kind, efficient, organized, and clean with their work. They refinished a kitchen white oak hardwood floor with a Natural color and a Loba Easy Finish Satin, and it turned out very nicely. Any small issues are addressed immediately, with frequent communication and questions answered promptly. Keith and his crew do a fabulous job, exceeding expectations, and the new floors are gorgeous. They are amazing, professional, prompt, and do truly beautiful work. They completed two flooring projects, replacing carpet with hardwoods and refinishing after a dishwasher disaster. They are also great to work with for repairs to hardwood flooring, trim, and stairway railing, being professional, skilled, and attentive to detail. Highly recommended.
The owners have been great friends of ours for many years and are hard working, caring and trusting. We’ve had them do some small projects before. We recently purchased new carpet and vinyl flooring, and from the start of picking out flooring to the finished installation, it was an outstanding experience. Had our kitchen white oak hardwood floor refinished, it was sealed w polyurethane and was 23yrs old and had yellowed a bit and was very glossy w a tint of orange to it. We went with a Natural color which was much lighter and a Loba Easy Finish Satin which is a lower almost no gloss look, it turned out very nicely. We had a small issue w some embedded specs that Keith addressed immediately and we are very happy with the finished look. He texted/emailed frequently and line of communication was always open and answered questions promptly. We recommend his services and his suggestions were invaluable, thanks again.

Keith has completed two flooring projects for us and we couldn’t be happier! We replaced carpet with hardwoods on a level of our home then unexpectedly had to get the first floor refinished after a dishwasher disaster. He and his crew are professional, prompt, and do truly beautiful work. I’ll be finding more flooring projects for him in the future!
