Kristen was amazing! Since it was my first time doing the cupping, she told me what she was doing during the session to help me to understand the process. It hurt only sometimes but the pain dissipated after a while, or she'd loosen it up if it was too much. She confirmed the areas that needed more work and after the session was over gave me some tips for some stretches I could do at home. I already feel less slouchy and more flexible. I'm reminded during this session that massages are more than just a treat yourself kind of thing. But more of a regular self care ritual. I plan to do this more regularly and especially at Freckled Stone!
i just had my first massage with kristen yesterday. it was a wonderful time! so relaxing and whatever she did to open my sinuses makes me wish i'd come in much sooner. i'm looking forward to the next one already
