I did not personally have work done by this company so this review is based solely on the experience I had with an issue resolution. One of EverReady's tech mistakenly removed one of my air movers from an apartment they were servicing. Upon reaching out to EverReady to find my missing air mover, Kathleen remedied the issue with quickness and thoughtfulness. She made it right, right away! Great experience with Customer Service!
Anytime I have had to call with any questions I get the answers I need and great customer service along with! Tagan was super nice and answered every question I had! Hopefully I wasn’t too big of a hassle for her!
I have 3 large dogs and my backyard gets muddy when it rains. Needless to say, they track in a ton of dirt and mud. Every time EverReady comes to clean my carpets, they look and smell brand new. They are above and beyond.
