They took the time to explain the process, helped us choose the best materials for our home, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. The installation itself was smooth (bar a weather related delay) - but their Office Manager, Bella stepped in and was a superstar in communicating, keeping us posted and getting things back on track! Our home is over 60 years old. A couple of windows were original, others had been replaced 25 years ago, but no longer operated smoothly, etc. After receiving a jaw-dropping quote by a competitor, we next consulted with Xtreme Exteriors. The sales process was not perfect...we ran into some problems, which the company stood behind and corrected. In the end, we had a total of 11 windows installed over this past week. Isaac, Josh & EJ were AMAZING!! They kept me informed about what to expect and did their best to wrap up the interior process quickly.
