Did an inspection of a crawl space for a property we were buying. Good to work with and very accommodating. They are not engineers, so if that’s what you’re looking for you might look elsewhere, but otherwise a good operation.
I’m very happy I chose Smouse Brothers to repair and reinforce the stone foundation, and encapsulate the crawl space in my 1881-built home. Jess created a proposal that clearly described what would be done, and accounted for the plans we had to remodel/restructure the building. The team that Tristan led was friendly and able to deal with the inevitable surprises that come from working in a crawl space that had generations of changes in it. They didn’t a “one size fits all” approach - they took the time to understand what needed to be done, and did it right!
Smouse Bros have been great. They show up on time. Give you a reasonable and transparent quote. Their staff were all great to work with and communicated well. Would highly recommend to anyone!
