“I had an outstanding experience with Xtreme Exteriors - Nixa. In May 2024, a major hailstorm severely damaged our roof, gutters, siding, and about half of our windows. Xtreme Exteriors went above and beyond throughout the entire process.

A big thanks to the office team, Nolan, and Zach for their behind-the-scenes efforts. Another big thank you to Jordan and his team for their exceptional work on the siding repair and the trim around the garage door.

The window team also deserves special recognition for their meticulous efforts. They ensured the project was completed correctly and on time, leaving the interior of my house and the windows immaculately clean. They even spotted a manufacturing flaw in one of the windows and proactively ordered a replacement without me having to ask.

Josh, Isaac, EJ, and Jacob were a dream team—quiet, detailed, polite, and experts in their field. Thanks to the entire staff and anyone we might have missed.

(Noteworthy Xtreme - Nixa did not have a garage door offering at the time of this renovation so that was handled by a 3rd Party, otherwise they were a one stop shop)“

“Took a few months but I finally have a nice roof. Being my first roof deal I did not understand some parts of the paper work. I talked to Chase Ward on the phone and he came to my house the next day and took the time to explain it to me and make changes. He is very pleasant man and knows what he is doing. After we were done I knew exactly what was going on.“

“We had soffit, fascia and gutters replaced on our home. This is the good, the bad and the ugly. If I could assign a star rating I would give them 3.5 stars. First the good-they did honor their word, they did complete the job, they did a good job at what I felt was a reasonable price. When the job was completed, they did clean up their jobsite. I guess they were waiting until the end to do this. In the end, they did a good job and stood behind the promises that were made about the work. I would recommend them. The Bad--The salesman, Shawn, did not seem very prepared. He did not have everything with him and had to get back with me on scheduling times. He never did, I had to contact him. What we wanted and paid for was not put in the contract correctly. Even if you are going over the contract with them, read, read, read what the salesperson puts in the contract and make sure it is clearly spelled out. This goes for ANY contractor or company and I know this, but did not catch that some of the things we discussed and were promised, was NOT in writing. I was very unhappy with the way the salesperson treated us, but the owner made it right and honored the contract, This is the reason I would recommend them, they honored what their salesperson promised. Being a company that honors their word and stands behind their product is very important. The job took longer than they said it would, the crew did not clean up after their selves at the end of every day, maybe they wait till the job is completed, but I cannot wait that long. I picked up nails, water bottles, candy wrappers, etc... from my yard at the end of every day. The Ugly-The crew was a different crew during the job, I guess they switched them out during the job or some of them quit. The crew showed up late and left early the first 2 days and wanted to leave the job unfinished until the new boss came out and looked at it. He was not happy with their work and it took him saying something to them to get them back out here to complete the job.
