Hunter, Ross & crew did what they said they would do. Hunter was budget conscious buy equally helpful with options, longevity of items & choices. Ross was/is a PRO in every since of the word. He was efficient, on time (early actually), explained steps as he worked & was respectful at every turn. I would not hesitate in hiring these fellas for another job in a heartbeat.

Rob and his team are terrific! They installed a second floor for us (LVP) in our kitchen, and we are very pleased with it. They installed an engineered hardwood floor for us a couple of years ago in the living room, we had the same experience, and the floor still looks great. Rob was very knowledgeable and professional with helping us decide on the best flooring for us. They came when they said they would, charged what was agreed upon, the guys were very courteous and professional, they did a great job and cleaned up before they left. I have nothing but good things to say about the service I recieved from Floors plus. Rob was my salesman and he was able to stop by the day after I called for a quote. He was able to match my current wood floors perfectly and offer a fair price. Such a nice guy.Scheduling was timely and the guys that did the work were so nice and considerate. I did NOTHING! They moved everything out of the way and were as quite as possible (we have a new baby in the home that slept through a 4 bedroom wood floor replacement if that tells you anything) They cleaned up nicely and left us with nothing to do upon their departure.
